Summary
Working on a short term contract for Volkswagen I worked helping to create and maintain a microservice frontend that was used in various 'We-Ecosystem' products. From WeShare to WeDeliver, the responsive web frontend I worked on was pinnacle to many other products' successes. I worked in a balanced team where we followed extreme programming disciplines and paired designing. I regularly met with VW digital services to align on their design system work and to make sure it followed their brand guidelines. Along with other designers, I attended usability sessions and observed how users used our work within other products. We used this information to iterate and improve the microservice over several months.
